No Returns, Only Replacements

  • For printing errors, include photographs of the error.
  • For print size or placement issues, include a measuring tool in the photographs.
  • If items are missing, provide an image of the package’s cover with the shipping label visible.

Review Process

Our support team will review the information provided, and if your claim is eligible, we will resend the product to you at no additional cost. In rare cases where a replacement is not feasible, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product, including shipping costs.
